The personal data collected in your application form will be kept confidential and used by BAKER & MCKENZIE HONG KONG or its subsidiaries/affiliated companies for employment or prospective employment related purposes. Failure to provide the required information may influence the processing and outcome of your application. As necessary for employment or prospective employment related purposes, your personal data may be shared with one or more third parties in Hong Kong or overseas, whether affiliated or unaffiliated, to process personal data under appropriate instructions (the “Data Processors”). The Data Processors may carry out instructions and process personal data related to recruitment, psychometric testing, background screening, workforce administration, compliance and other activities.

It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for 12 months, after which time it should be destroyed.  You may have the right to correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you.
